Andualem Endris Yadeta is a Ph.D. Scholar in Civil Engineering at the Delhi Technological University and a Lecturer at the Madda Walabu University. He has 12 years of experience in academics and industry.

Mr. Yadeta got his Master's Degree from Addis Ababa University in Civil Engineering (Construction Technology and Management) and his Bachelor's degree from Adama Science and Technology University, Ethiopia. He is currently researching civil engineering materials and structures at Delhi Technological University, New Delhi, India.

In addition to the lecturer position covering all areas of civil engineering, Andualem Yadeta has practical experience in government bureaus as a Resident Engineer (RE) and in the Engineering Contract Administration positions.

Mr. Yadeta has done significant research and published research articles and conference papers regarding the response to the pandemic COVID-19. This paper aimed to find out the impact of the pandemic on the construction industry, and forward recommended strategies of how to mitigate the problem, and prevent future pandemics' effect on the industry based on the lessons learned from COVID-19. Both papers are recommended by many engineering professionals and got high citations.

He has also published several research papers in reputed international journals.

Andualem Endris Yadeta is the winner of the IARDO Award for Young Scientist 2018, which he got at a conference organized by the International Association of Research and Developed Organization (IARDO) at the International Center Goa Panjim, Goa, India, in recognition of his hard work in scientific research.

Andualem Yadeta is a member of the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Clarivate for Academia and Government (Web of Science), and the International Academy for Science and Technology, Education and Research.
