Geeta Sandeep Nadella received an MS in Information Assurance from Wilmington University in 2015 and a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the University of Cumberlands in 2023.

Heavily involved in NCAOC client applications, such as CCIS-CC (Clerk Component), CCIS-PD (Police Department), CCIS-DA (District Attorney), VCAP-CIVIL, Juvenile, and Child Support applications to convert all the data to the Tyler applications, such as ODESSEY and Electronic-Warrants (Data Conversion/Data Warehouse Testing – Hadoop/ODESSEY/Mainframes).
From 03/2018 to 12/2020, TransAmerica, Cedar Rapids, IA
Role: Led QA Team on a data-lake project, where over 200+ legacy systems were successfully migrated into a Big Data/data-lake as a part of Finance Modernization and extensively worked on the IFRS-17 Reporting. Managed 10+ QA resources, mentoring them and managing offshore QA Teams (Data Lake/Data Warehouse Testing – Hadoop/Actuary Testing).

Role: Lead UAT Analyst worked under the Global Assurance IT team and in parallel on multiple projects, such as UK-Azure, Griffin Relativity 9.3, vEY Analytics, BrianSpace, Nexidia, Nuix, and Integrity Due Diligence projects, developing and implementing quality solutions across multiple business services, such as Forensic Technology and Discovery Services and Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services. Led 8 QA resources across multiple projects and reported to the QA Director (Web Services/Infrastructure Testing/InfoSec Testing/AUT/Web Automation).

Role: Sr. QA Analyst involved in setting up the Equifax Bureau - New Credit Bureau Integration to the existing process as a secondary bureau verification, in parallel to the Experian Bureau Verification process that is already in use and getting the new applicants approval time to less than 60 seconds, worked in a team of four (Database/Web Services/UI and Mobile QA).

His adept management of QA processes across numerous projects has ensured the delivery of timely and high-quality software solutions.
This concerted effort has directly translated into consistently helping judicial and law enforcement agencies in North Carolina, which directly helps the courts process cases more quickly and effectively and reduces the backlogs of pending cases.

2018 – 2023: Academic Excellence in Ph.D. Program.
Geeta Sandeep Nadella advanced his expertise by successfully completing a Ph.D. in Information Technology from the University of Cumberlands in December 2023, achieving a remarkable GPA of 3.95.
