SECTION 10 — ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

Submission of the nomination form is free of charge.

After preliminary review, the nominations accepted for formal evaluation are subject to an administrative fee of $495 USD per nomination category.

If a company is additionally nominated under the Enterprise of the Year International Recognition Program, an additional administrative fee of $695 USD per enterprise nomination applies.

The administrative fee covers nomination processing, professional review and evaluation administration, file management, nominee communications, program operational expenses, and, where applicable, preparation of formal recognition materials.

Accepted nominees will receive an invoice or a payment link by email along with payment instructions.

A nomination is considered formally registered upon submission of the completed nomination form and payment of the applicable administrative fee. The administrative fee is non-refundable.
