Competition Process

Participation in the Competition is free of charge to enter. The registration fee is only applicable if your application has passed the prejudging phase. Thus, you pay only if your application has been approved and confirmed, and if you have successfully passed the first stage of the Open International Competition.

Since the “Business Leader of the Year” Open International Competition is permanent, entries are accepted on a regular basis. However, all received nominations are taken into consideration in terms of the current calendar year's deadlines, and the Winners will also be declared as this year’s nominees

The results of the Competition are announced twice a month and affiliated with distinguished achievements in one of the six Nominations:

A nomination name and a category for the nomination are selected by the applicant.

The first stage of the Competition process is the consideration of all submitted applications, and their approval/rejection by the IARC Review Committee.

At the second stage of the Competition, our experts evaluate the potential and track record of each candidate, as well as the value and impact of his/her professional activity on the local/national/international economic situation.

Nominations will be evaluated by the following criteria, including but not limited to:

Outstanding enterprise and entrepreneurial flair;
Exceptional vision and leadership;
Creativity and innovation;
Brand recognition;
Consistent growth.

In addition, the following selection criteria are used to assess professional achievements:

Successful management experience;
Ensuring the dynamic development of the enterprise;
Significant contribution to the formation of the industry;
Constant focus on the interests of consumers;
Exceptional personal contribution to the community socio-economic development;
Local/national/international prizes received as evidence of public recognition.

Based on the results of the previous two stages, at the third stage the Judging Committee evaluates all selected candidates and makes a final decision.

The results of the Competition are summed up once a month, and the Winners are announced on the International Achievements Research Center website, and on its official social media channels.

Rejection and Opportunities for Contestants

At our Open International Competition Program, we believe in fostering growth and encouraging every participant to strive for excellence. In the event that a contestant does not win, we have established a structured process to ensure their experience remains valuable and rewarding.

Contestants will be informed of the Competition results via a personalized email. This communication will acknowledge their effort, express appreciation for their participation, and provide a clear indication of the outcome, emphasizing opportunities for improvement and future success. Non-winning contestants will receive constructive feedback highlighting key areas for improvement and alignment with the Competition standards. This feedback aims to guide contestants in refining their submissions for future opportunities. Additionally, contestants who do not win will have the opportunity to revise and resubmit their application in the same year under a different category without any additional charges. Alternatively, they can participate in the Competition again next year, incorporating the feedback provided. Every contestant, regardless of the outcome, will also receive a Certificate of Participation to acknowledge their dedication and hard work.

By providing these opportunities, we aim to ensure that every contestant feels valued, inspired, and empowered to continue their journey toward excellence in science and innovation.
