Ltd developed “BTR GREENS”, a world-class gated and guarded community with a 9-hole executive golf course spread over 250 acres in the heart of Hyderabad’s emerging knowledge city. It is a luxury integrated housing project designed by internationally renowned architects and interior designers. The villas offer a lifestyle statement with modern amenities & comfort. It’s a very futuristic project, way ahead of its times. Apart from 300 villas, it has residential plots for custom-built homes.

MAK Projects partnered with Forestry Innovation Investment (FII), a Crown agency of the provincial government of British Columbia (B.C.), to build a sustainable wood villa with certified timber. MAK’s Sustainable Luxury Wood Home project was commenced on October 8, 2021, at BTR Greens and unveiled on September 20, 2022. It was completed in less than 12 months. The extensive use of sustainable & certified wood in the structure has resulted in 481 metric tons of reduced carbon footprint in the project, the equivalent of removing 102 cars from the road for a year.

The National Award for Sustainable Project of the Year was awarded to MAK Projects Canadian wood villa at the National Excellence Awards ceremony on November 23, 2022, in Mumbai, India.
