Mr. Manohara Halasiddapa is a pharmaceutical professional with well-rounded experience (15+ years) at start-up pharmaceutical, Global pharma, and Contract Research Organizations (CRO). He is Integrated Drug Development Team Leader, and Joint Development Committee leader for collaboration with external partners, as well as a Leadership strategy team member.
Mr. Halasiddapa holds Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS); Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research, Bangalore, Karnataka, India; Project Management for Professionals Certification from Northwestern University School of Professional Studies, Chicago, IL; and Certification Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) from ACRP Academy of Clinical Research Professionals.
Mr. Manohara has broad drug development experience in leading clinical development from First-In-Human Phase I through Phase IV clinical trials with multiple investigational drug products in various indications. He provides clinical operations leadership and program-level oversight for all study activities including CRO/vendor selection and negotiations, country and site selection, enrollment models, clinical study planning, budget planning, and trial execution. Mr. Halasiddapa has a proven track record as a champion of process improvement initiatives related to clinical operations excellence.

With a career spanning more than 15 years, Mr. Manohara Basoor Halasiddapa is a recognized clinical development & operations leader for the development of numerous novel therapeutics targeting oncology, immunology, and infectious diseases, and has extensive experience in clinical research across the pharmaceutical and CRO-industry, spanning US, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Halasiddapa is engaged in leading the strategic execution of Global Clinical Operations, including clinical trial execution, quality oversight, regional clinical operations, process simplification and optimization, clinical vendor management, and clinical trial financial planning and analysis.
For excellence in clinical research, Mr. Manohara was recently included in Marquis Who’s Who biographical volume.
Mr. Manohara Halasiddapa serves on the Editorial Advisory Boards of clinical research journals, such as United Journal of Clinical Trials and Clinical Research, and others. He is a certified peer reviewer at the Elsevier and Web of Science Academy.
