Alekhya Achanta obtained her BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from V R Siddhartha Engineering College in 2014 with a CGPA of 9.29. She later completed her MS in Data Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2021, graduating with a 3.86 CGPA.

Her professional experience started at Tata Consultancy Services, where Alekhya worked from 2014 to 2019. She progressed through roles like Assistant Systems Engineer, Systems Engineer, and ultimately IT Analyst. Her accomplishments included test automation, requirement analysis, client delivery, and stakeholder management. Ms. Achanta received recognition for her superior product quality and prompt value delivery by two on-spot TCS awards and Applause for the team award.

From 2019 to 2020, Ms. Achanta worked as an IT Analyst at UMass Dartmouth. She assisted with technology implementations and provided user support. She also tutored STEM courses, receiving positive feedback for significantly improving student performance.

Since 2021, Ms. Achanta has served as a DataOps Engineer at Continental Properties and was promoted to Senior DataOps Engineer in January 2024.

Alekhya actively contributes to the Data Science community through publications, conferences, and mentoring. She has authored 10 journal articles on data engineering, data visualization, and related topics. She serves as a technical reviewer for 5 international journals, contributing her expertise to advance research.

As an experienced Data Science Instructor, Ms. Achanta has mentored for over 9,000 minutes across 7 different countries through the ADPList platform. She is recognized as a top-rated mentor and top 1% expertise in Data Science by ADPList.

She has received several awards, including the 2023 Global Recognition Award, International Achievers Award, and the Global Leader Award. She was named a LinkedIn Community Top Voice in Data Science, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence.
