Anton Berlov is a Professor of the Department of Dentistry at the Medical Institute of Continuing Education, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Psychological Sciences, Member of the International Committee for Intellectual Cooperation "League of Intellectuals", Honored Worker of Science and Education of the Russian Federation.

He graduated from N.A. Semashko Moscow Medical and Dental Institute in 1996, specializing in dentistry. Professor Berlov has held senior positions in the Scientific-Practical Center "Health" of the Russian Ministry of Health, the Central Polyclinic of the Federal Customs Service, the Medical-Dental Center of the Central Clinical Hospital of Civil Aviation, the dental service of the Scientific-Clinical Center of Russian Railways.

Prof. Dr. Berlov has Certificates in Therapeutic and Orthopedic Dentistry, and Health Care Organization. His research interest is the method of plasmolifting in dentistry.

Professor Anton Berlov has received such awards as:
• Medal of Merit in Health Care;
• Order of St. Alexander Nevsky "For labors and Fatherland" 1st degree (from the Government of Moscow);
• Diploma and commemorative medal of A. P. Chekhov from the Russian Translators' Union "For high professional achievements and fidelity to his duty as a doctor";
• William Garvey Medal;
• LABORE ET SCIENTIA Medal;
• Diploma and a gold medal "European quality";
• Konstantin Ushinsky Medal;
• Order of Alexander the Great;
• Order of Catherine the Great.

Professor Berlov is a dentist of the highest qualification category. He was actively involved in the organization and opening of 4 dental innovation centers.

Prof. Dr. Anton Berlov is a member of the Board of the Association for the Development of Innovative Dentistry. He took part in the State Program on the organization of multidisciplinary medical centers in small towns of Russia (Vladimir region, Kovrov city):

1. Development of primary health care.

2. Development of the stomatological public health service, including creating modern infrastructure for providing stomatological medical care for the population.

3. Provision of medical organizations of the health care system with qualified personnel. Training of middle medical personnel on the basis of Kovrov Medical College.

4. Development of exports of medical services (noted with gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation).

In 2020–2021, as a member of the Board of the ARSTOM Dental Association, Professor Anton Berlov took part in the implementation and use in the practice of modern, advanced, and social techniques and methods in dentistry treatment.

He also participated in the development of recommendations of the StAR and ARSTOM Associations for emergency and urgent dental care for the Russian Federation population in COVID 19 restrictions.

Professor Berlov has published more than 70 scientific articles in the following journals: "Physician", "Pediatric Dentistry", "Chief Doctor", "Stom +", "Endodontics".
