• Enterprise Business Agility – The Lean Portfolio Management unit manages the Enterprise Platform for Shipment, which includes Ground, Express, and Freight. The Project involves reengineering the delivery supply chain into a three-tier-based architecture involving Core Services, Inner Edge, and Outer Edge. The Enterprise Platform exposes a set of standard APIs to enable a tap-in experience; its architecture is relatively uniform in achieving economies of scale. EP supports the common durable and strategic aspects of shipment and supply chain; mapping a solution across core and edges is guided by business architecture analysis.
• DART (Data Analytics and Reporting) is a major platform for customer analytics built on On-prem technology. The Platform has changed over the period due to mergers and acquisitions.
