For many years the author has been observing and analyzing examples of interaction between personality and community. Human is a part of community, both human and community are permanently interacting between one another, other similar structures, people and social units.
It’s obvious that authoritativeness, peer pressure on personality or vice a versa are featuring imminently in such interactions and interrelations.

Modern world is a complicated tangle of contradictions, and its threads are pulling more and more tightly making the Gordian knot. It is this level of complexity and contradictions, which has made the author not only to research health care but also to glance over a wider picture of the world using for this goal a huge amount of facts gathered during half a century medical practice.
Principal narrative thread is a live connection between the past and the future. The trouble is that nowadays this connection is often broken, and a wide range of problems related to each person’s health worsening becomes revealed in sore spots of the conflict.

Despite numerous and longstanding scientific research, the problem of medical and social rehabilitation of patients suffering Autism (A) and Autistic Sphere of Disorders (ASD) is still unsolved.
According to the data of various authors, Childhood A occurs with from 2-4 up to 6-15 children in 10000 people. Two thirds of children suffering Early Childhood Autism (ECA) are diagnosed with mental retardation. At the same time 1 of 10 children with mental retardation suffer A. If we combine A with mental retardation, this number increases up to 20 cases in 10000 people.
